Their reply:
We can’t seem to get our hands on a replacement logic board; you know, the thing that worked perfectly when you sent it in the first place, but we replaced for shits and giggles anyway? Yeah, we sent you a bad one but can’t get another one any time soon. So… DERP.
Apple, you disappoint.
